I use BPMN 2.0, SQL and Excel, but choose the tool to suit your problem rather than force reality into a methodology.

I lower the barrier for non-technical users so we create systems the team actually uses. I work with AI, automation, low-code applications and Smartsheet, prioritising ease of use and fitting the tool to the problem.
