We lead your project or build your team’s skills

Have a project but nobody with the time or experience to lead it? We can help with an outsourced PM or training for your team.

When should you bring in a PM or train your team?

Signs that your project needs someone who can lead it, rather than another tool.

People and skills to deliver your projects

Project Manager outsourcing and team training so your projects succeed, whether or not you currently have someone to lead them.

Our project managers include Agnieszka Sikorska, Project Manager.

Project Manager outsourcing

Need someone to lead your project? Our PM takes over planning, priorities, team communication and management reporting.

Project management training

We teach your leads and future PMs planning, prioritisation, reporting and team leadership using your real projects. The team gains practical skills they can use immediately.

Choosing how we work together

Sometimes you need a fully outsourced PM, sometimes team training, and sometimes both: we lead first, then hand over to a trained colleague.

Joining an ongoing project

We do not only join at the start. If a project needs rescuing or finishing on time, we can join at any stage.

Management reporting

Regular progress, risk and cost reports built from data your team already enters.

Transferring skills to your team

When we lead a project for you, we do not stay forever. We hand it over and help your team maintain the approach independently.

From missing skills to a project that moves forward

01

Assessing the situation

We establish what is missing: a project lead, a trained team, or both.

02

Choosing the approach

We propose a specific model: an outsourced PM, team training, or a PM to start followed by handover to a trained colleague.

03

Delivery or training

Our PM leads day-to-day delivery, or we train your team in a specific methodology using real projects.

04

Handover and lasting skills

If we led the project, we hand it over and ensure your team can continue independently.

A real example from production

NPD department

We organised work and requests in an NPD department

The challenge

The NPD department handled many kinds of work, but nobody had a clear overview of priorities, statuses, responsibilities or workload.

What we did

Our PM joined the department’s daily work, organised priorities, introduced regular status updates and reporting, and trained team leads. The system was a tool rather than the goal. In this case, we built it in Smartsheet.

The result

Managers gained a clear picture of the department’s work, and trained leads now maintain the approach without our involvement.

Ask a question

Usually for the duration of the project, from a few weeks to several months. We bill for time involved rather than a fixed package of hours.

Not necessarily. They usually lead the project to completion or hand it over to a trained member of your team.

We work with your real projects and tools, rather than generic textbook case studies.

Here we provide people and skills: a Project Manager to lead delivery or training for your team. A system, usually Smartsheet, is a separate service that can complement this work but is not a requirement.
